defective thermostatdirty windows
I found the thermostat in the room to be defective. it was a chilly day outside. The thermostat could not activate the heat. the windows were also quite dirty. i also noted a large register on the bedroom ceiling hummed continuously, even when the ac was off. this made it difficult to sleep.

The suites offer a separate bedroom and living area. It has a kitchenette. Complimentary breakfast included custom cooked omelets, a tasty addition to other full breakfast options. The complimentary meet and greet includes a free drink and appetizers. It felt really lovely! All of the staff provided excellent customer service. They were very courteous.
I arrived and the receptionist was pleasant! The receptionist clearly did not do their job correctly. They sent me with a faulty key five floors up. I could not access the room. Going down again after a long flight is inconvenient! A manager came up with a new card that opened the door. The manager was not friendly!

I really enjoyed my visit! the shuttle service to the airport was quite convenient. the restaurant provided great service. I found the staff friendly.
i did notice that the pillows were too thin for my liking. i would have appreciated firmer pillows .

The restaurant offered a complimentary breakfast. It was AMAZING!!! i especially liked the omelet station where chefs prepared omelets to order. i also tried the yogurt and breads. They were quite fresh.

My room featured a spacious layout. It was well-arranged for a comfortable stay. water bottles and a selection of tea and coffee were readily available. the bathroom included great shower products.

The hotel provided a free airport shuttle every 30 minutes. This service was really helpful. the front desk staff was friendly and provided great customer service. everyone was very professional and kind.
